National Health Commission Adjusts its Allocation Plan for Large Medical Devices in 2018-2020

July 31st, China's National Health Commission issues its notice of the Adjustment of Allocation Plan for Large Medical Devices in 2018-2020. With this adjustment, there is an increase of 2671 large medical devices in the new three-year plan.
For radiotherapy equipments, the allocation of Type-A (Price above CNY 30 million or USD 4 million) remains the same number as the original plan which is 188 sets. While Type-B linear accelerators will increase by 243 to 1451 in the years 2018-2020.
